1. Assembly of lunches: 9:30am - 10:30am
Older children, teens, and adults are welcome- church and civic groups are welcome
2. Clean-up & Next Day Prep: 10:30am - 12:00am

Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Shifts available: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
​THINGS YOU CAN DO AS A VOLUNTEER:

Quality Control/Sorter - Responsible for sorting through donated items and checking for quality of items
-
Clothes – Responsible for 2nd check on quality of clothing and hanging clothing on Hangers.
-
Merchandiser – Responsible for arranging merchandise on shelves and racks.
-
Cashier - Responsible for checking customers out.
-
Electronics – Responsible for checking all donated electronics and small appliances to be sure they are in working order; make minor repairs.
-
Donation Attendants – Responsible for helping unload donated items, initial sorting of items on dock and assist in loading items for customers, 9am to 5pm.

Truck Helpers – ride in the FISH truck to help pick up donations through-out area and transport to thrift stores. Trucks work Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday-Saturday, 9am to 5pm

THINGS YOU CAN DO AS A VOLUNTEER:

Front Desk Workers - Responsibilities include welcoming clients, pulling folders, answering phones and taking applications.

Receptionist – Responsible for answering ministry phone and directing phone calls.

Food Receptionist – Assist clients with Fish Care and emergency food paperwork.
-
Intake Counselor - Responsible for reviewing verification lists with clients and examining completed applications.
Hours/Shifts: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
THINGS YOU CAN DO AS A VOLUNTEER:

Pantry Workers – This position fills Fish Care Food Boxes and/or loads boxes into client’s vehicles after their appointments.

Pantry Stockers – This position stocks the food pantry shelves with delivered items.
