FISH4Kids
Summer Lunch Program
& Backpack Buddies
This year is the 21st Anniversary of FISH4Kids, a mission created to bless the children of Walton County! A significant challenge we continue to address is the lack of access to nutritious food for many children in Walton County. With rising costs, including food prices, many families are struggling financially. For many children, school meals are their primary source of nutrition, making the summer break a time of food insecurity.

For 21 years, FISH4Kids has been a lifeline for children in Walton County. While the school year offers a safety net of nutritious meals, summer break often leaves local families facing food insecurity amid rising costs. Each summer, our goal is to make sure that no child goes hungry!

Why FISH4Kids?
The Summer Lunch Program: We deliver 9,600 lunches weekly to 1,600 children. Our volunteers work three days a week to ensure every child has meals for six days.
Backpack Buddies: During the school year, we provide 985 children with food-filled backpacks every Friday to sustain them through the weekend.

How You Can Make a Difference!
• Sponsor a Child ($75): A single donation of $75 provides one child with sack lunches 6 days a week for the entire summer.
