Dear Friends of FISH,

We are so grateful for the outpouring of love and support from our community during the pandemic.

We are running our FISH Volunteer programs with council and direction from the medical community. With their help we have established some guidelines to ensure that our staff, volunteers, clients, and the children have a reduced risk of exposure to the virus. These guidelines will remain in place during the COVID-19 pandemic, with adjustments being made as the situation continues to develop.

Please review the following if you are interested in volunteering:

  • We currently need volunteers for Saturday, October 3rd to help with donation drop off and loading the trailer with hurricane supplies.

  • The FISH Food Pantry needs 3 volunteers on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday  from 9-12 to prepare food boxes for families in need.

  • We ask that volunteers be between the ages of 15 and 59 to help protect our most vulnerable population. (Drivers are not subject to the age suggestion if they wish to volunteer.)

  • If you or anyone in your family are showing any signs of illness, we ask that you not come to volunteer.

We have created a sign-up page so that you can see which days/shifts need volunteers.  If a day is full please check back regularly in case openings occur! Click the sign-up buttons below to let us know when and where you can volunteer!

Thank you, as always, for your service!
